DEATH BED

Thursday 16th February until Sunday 11th March 2012.

A solo exhibition of works by Benjamin Rawson.

Benjamin is an artist based in a little know village called Beltoft in the Isle of Axholme, Lincolnshire. He was responsible for the much talked about work 'Nativity Scene' from the inaugural exhibition here at Good Press.

Working primarily in two-dimensions, Rawson produces psychedelic drawings and paintings that bring to mind futuristic landscapes, dream like still life compositions, heavy texture and moments of pop-art. This is a rare exhibition by one of the UK's best kept painting secrets and a truly proud moment for Good Press to be the hosts.

The opening night will also see the release of Benjamin Rawson's new book, also titled 'Death Bed', published by Museums Press, Glasgow.
